At TangoSparks, we exclusively offer digital downloads of our music. No physical products will be shipped.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Once your payment is successfully processed, aside from the order confirmation email, you will receive a download link via a separate email.

• If you do not receive the emails within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

File Formats & Compatibility

• Our digital music files are available in [FLAC, M4A] formats.

• Please ensure your device or software supports these formats before purchasing.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds.
